Return Policy


Policy effective on orders placed on or after May 1, 2025. Does not apply to previous orders or preorders.


We are happy to provide a return for STORE CREDIT. No refunds, no exceptions.


Returned items must have tags attached.  All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.


Please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed. If placing an order for a preorder item, please review our preorder policy as orders will not be cancelled if they are within our preorder policy. NO EXCEPTIONS.


To start a return, please email mfbminter@gmail.com or DM on instagram to notify us of return within your return window noted below. 


ALL shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs will not be included in store credit. You are responsible for return shipping costs.


Shipping:

If your purchase is shipping to you, returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please send us the return tracking information via email or DM.


Local pickup:

Please refer to our pickup policy. Once you are notified your item is ready for pickup, you have 5 daysto pickup the item. Following 5 days, you have 5 days to return the item to the drop off bin for store credit. Please be sure to email or DM us prior to start a return!


All packages are dated. If your item is picked up AFTER the 5 day pickup window, please note this will affect your return window. From pickup to return is a total of 10 days- beyond 10 days of pickup notification, a return will not be accepted. No exceptions.


Please remember we are have to accommodate special pickup arrangements- please DM us!


We are not responsible for items in the bin IN ANY WAY after your 5 day pickup window has past.


You will be issued store credit in the form of an online gift card. Store credit expires after 1 year.


Accessories (including sarongs), ribbon or bows, holiday decor, FLASH SALE, discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.


Any item that is not picked up within 30 days of pickup notification will be donated.
